Busta' Move

Psalms 55:16
As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.

Psalms 55:16 (Literal translation according to ATL usage)
As for me, I'm gonna kick some Devil booty!

Looks like we're moving again on Sunday, as is our way. It seems like we're always moving. April and I must have nomadic ancestries. We were having roomate difficulties and none of us, including our roomate, were too fond of this apartment so we're finding someone to move in, in our stead and all going our seperate ways. Our apartment is gorgeous, but it just never felt like home.

Our roomate hasn't been too incredibly thrilled about this whole thing, but that's to be expected. Well, now he's moving into an apartment that's attached to the train station. He's wanted to move there since the first time he moved to Atlanta several years ago. The other day he even said that this whole thing looks like it's going to turn out for the better, in the end.

As for us, God's been blessing us left and right and not just by blessing Josh. We found an awesome apartment here in Atlanta, just outside of the perimeter. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a huge porch. It has a great view, and sits on a pond with a fountain. We can walk Dee Dee around the side of the building to the pond where there's a big field for her to frolic in. Our "target" move-in-date was this weekend, so it is an awesome avail for us to be able to move when we are.

April had a very exciting job interview with a new Re/Max agency near our new apartment. It went very well, and sounds like just the thing she was looking for. When she gets this job, we'll almost double our income.

Denny just recently hired another developer to work on the cvlSoft account. His name is Greg Bean (yes, Mr. Bean) and he's proving to be a good friend as well as a colleague. He'll be helping us move on Sunday. Greg should be the first of many new employees over the next few months.

There's just so many more blessings from God.

  • Two weeks after we move, April is teaching on the topic of "Claiming God's Deliverance", an ironic topic.
  • Our marriage relationship has grown in leaps and bounds as we keep committed to Him.
  • If it weren't for the sale of my other company, we wouldn't have the finances to do any of this. God's timing is perfect.
  • It looks like I'm going to get to spend more time with my brother Don, someone I've always looked up to since I was a boy.
  • April's been talking to her "long lost" friend Renee online; Building each other up spiritually.
  • All this moving stuff going on isn't going to interfere with our vacation to West Virginia, planned for the end of this month.
